Who this policy covers

This website is run by COSCompute LLC in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Questions about this policy can go to craig@coscompute.com.

What this site does not collect

There are no analytics tools, advertising tags, tracking pixels, or cookies on this site. Fonts and other files are served from this site, not from third parties.

The contact form

When you send the contact form, it collects your name, email address, company (if you give one), and your message. It is emailed to me using Azure Communication Services, an email service from Microsoft. I use it only to reply to you and to discuss possible work.

To limit spam, your IP address is held briefly in memory to count how many messages have been sent from it. It is not saved to a database or log by this site.

If your message doesn’t lead to work together, I delete it within one year. If you become a client, our messages become part of my business records and are kept as long as tax and business rules require.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Like any web host, Microsoft may process technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.

Sharing

I don’t sell or rent your information, and I don’t share it with anyone except the service providers above that are needed to run this site, or where required by law.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent through this site. Email craig@coscompute.com and I’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
