Paid by you, and nobody else

My only income is the fee you pay me. I don’t resell licenses, take commissions, or get paid for steering you toward a product.

That means I can give you the cheapest answer that works, even when it’s not Azure. If a simpler tool or the setup you already have will do the job, I’ll tell you.

Your Azure account is in your name and billed to you. Any code I write belongs to you. If we stop working together, you keep all of it and don’t need my permission for anything.

At the end of a project you get two things:

• Terraform files. Terraform is a tool that describes your Azure setup in plain text files. Anyone who knows Terraform, not just me, can read them to see exactly what exists, rebuild it, or change it safely.
• Plain-English documentation. What’s running, why it’s set up that way, who has access, and what to do if something needs to change.

COSCompute is a one-person business. You always deal with me directly.

• Replies within one business day to email and messages.
• Work happens on evenings and weekends, outside your business hours. Changes and cutovers (the moment a system switches over to its new home) are scheduled when they won’t interrupt your customers or staff.
• No 24/7 support. I’m not an around-the-clock emergency service. If your business needs that, I’ll tell you up front.
